Dive deep — Our engagement starts with understanding you: you’ll share background on your career experience, current role, and goals so I can be most helpful to you. We’ll also discuss any relevant barriers or challenges that you’re currently facing.
Define success — What isn’t defined can’t be measured. We’ll work together to clarify your ideal outcome and identify the success metrics we’ll use during our work together.
Craft a plan — After we dive deep to understand your goals and current situation, and align on what success looks like, I’ll create a customized strategy and accompanying roadmap against which you’ll execute.
Commit to execution — You’ve got to do the work, and I’ll help hold you accountable and provide support. But if you start feeling resistance, we’ll figure out why and determine whether we need to take a new approach.
Build confidence — We’re not talking about empty pump-you-up speeches. True confidence comes from recognizing and utilizing your strengths, and from celebrating your accomplishments. It’s equally important to confront your weaknesses head on. I’ll help you to understand and address your gaps, and to face and reframe past failures.
